Staff Selection Commission Eastern Region SSCER Kolkata – has changed its examination date of 21-10-2012 for Combined Higher Secondary Level, 2012 to November 04, 2012. However, the 28-10-2012 SSC CHSL (10+2) level Exam as per their schedule. SSCER CHSL (10+2) Examination is held for Recruitment to the Group-D Posts of Data Entry Operator – DEO’s & Lower Division Clerk – LDC in Various Central Government Ministries / Departments / Offices in Pay Band-1.
Short-Listed Candidates in SSCER Kolkata CHSL (10+2) Written Exam will be required to appear for the skill test on the basis of their performance in the SSC Written Examination. Candidates who qualify in the skill test will be recommended for appointment by the Commission on the basis of their performance in the CHSL Written Examination & Skill Test. Final Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of their merit position and option for various posts, Groups, Departments and States for which option is sought in the application.
