Arunachal Police Sub-Inspector (GD) Vacancy Notice 2013
Arunachal Pradesh Police has recently notified about the 50 vacant posts for Sub Inspector (GD) against Civil Police/ IRBN under Arunachal Pradesh Police. For filling up the vacant posts of SI (GD) in Civil Police/ IRBN, Arunachal Police invites applications from eligible and interested Indian candidates in prescribed format before: 25-10-2013.

Name of the Posts: Sub Inspector (SI) General Duty (GD)
No of Posts: Total 50 Posts
1. Civil Police: 09 Posts
2. IRBN: 41 Posts
Age Limits: Candidates age should be between 18 to 25 years as on 01-01-2013. (Age relaxation to eligible candidates will be applicable as per the rules).
Educational Qualifications: Candidates are required to have minimum Graduate Degree/ Diploma (Engineering) from any recognized Institute/University.
Selection Process: Selection of applied candidates will be made on the basis of Written Examination, Scrutiny of Document and Physical Measurement Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Interview, Medical Examination and Final Merit List.
Application Fee: General Candidates Rs.60/- only and, for reserved category candidates Rs.15/- only. Applicable Fee should be paid through a Treasury Challan in favour of Asst Inspector General of Police (E), PHQ, Itanagar under Head of Account-0055 Police.
How to Apply: Interested candidates are required to submit their Application in prescribed format along with recent passport size photograph and attested photocopies of important documents related to age, education, experience, caste, etc., along with application fee (if applicable) in a sealed envelope to “SD/- (K.K. Maheswari), Director General of Police, A.P. Itanagar” on or before 25-10-2013.

Name of the Post: Sub-Inspector (Civil Police Department)
Salary & Allowances: Candidates selected on above Sub-Inspector posts in Arunachal Pradesh Civil Police; will be appointed in the pay scale of Rs.9300 – 34800 + Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- and applicable allowances as per the rules.
Age Limits: Candidates age should be between 20 to 25 Years as on 01-01-2013 (Age relaxation & reservations to reserved category candidates will be applicable).
Education/ Skills: Candidates willing to apply for above Posts should be having minimum Graduate Degree in any Discipline or any equivalent qualification from any recognized University/ Institution.
Selection Procedures: Selection of applied candidates on SI (APP Civil Police) will be based on the performance in Physical Standards Test (PST), Physically Efficiency Test (PET), Written Test, Personality Test, Medical Examination, Character & Antecedent Verification.
Application Fee: For General Candidates – Rs.60 only, and (For SC/ST reserved Category Candidates – Rs.15 only) as application fee; must be paid through Challan Drawn in Favour of Assistant Inspector General of Police (E), PHQ, Itanagar under Head of Account No. 0055 Police.
Where to Apply: Eligible and Interested Indian Candidates, those who are willing to join Arunachal Pradesh Police (APP) on above SI Posts, may submit their applications, in prescribed format (given below) along with recent photograph and photocopies of important documents related to (age, education, caste) and other important enclosures, along with application fee, in a sealed envelope at the respective “SP, Office, Khonsa, Longding and Changlang and Challan”. The application form must be sent by ordinary post or directly submitted by hand at the respective “SP, Office of the districts” on or before 15-05-2013.
